ICC and Indonesia Corporate Counsel Association Session on Dispute Resolution for Indonesian Companies

This event is a collaboration of the ICC International Court of Arbitration and the Indonesia Corporate Counsel Association (ICCA). The Speakers will introduce, unpack, and walk the Participants through practical issues when it comes to arbitration clause, arbitration proceedings, proceedings before the Indonesian Courts in relation to enforcement and setting aside of arbitral awards, and what makes institutionalised arbitration highly effective for Indonesian businesses in managing time and costs when resolving disputes from the beginning until the end.

This event is aimed at In House Counsel, Legal Counsel, and members of legal team of business entity, be it public or private entity. The Speakers will address concerns and common issues often encountered by Indonesian businesses in arbitration, both domestic and international, and how In House Counsel can manage those together with their legal representatives.
