ICC YAAF: Establishment of Facts and Interim Measures: Session 4 of 6

Join us for this one-day conference to discuss matters relating to the establishment of facts and interim measures during arbitration proceedings.

On this fourth session of a 6 part series in Turkey dedicated to covering the arbitral proceedings under the ICC Rules of Arbitration. 

In this session, we will focus on Articles 25, 26 and 28 of ICC Rules of Arbitration governing the establishment of facts, hearings and interim measures during arbitration proceedings. 

Open to those aged 40 and under, YAAF provides opportunities for individuals to gain knowledge, develop their skills and understand ICC’s arbitral procedure and other dispute resolution services.
