Although women make up a significant percentage of Arbitration practitioners, they continue to be underrepresented among arbitrators and mediators in commercial matters.

All Women panel will discuss the representation of women in ADR and chances to increase it.

Our panel of experienced ADR professionals will discuss the state of representation of women in ADR at present, existing programs and initiatives for recruitment and training to increase diversity in ADR, the career benefits for women in pursuing ADR training and how women can effectively establish themselves in the ADR arena.
