Tribunal Secretaries are becoming an increasingly common feature of arbitration and, as part of the Dubai Arbitration Week calendar, this Panel session will discuss the use of Tribunal Secretaries in arbitration proceedings from the perspective of the Tribunal, the Secretary and the Practitioner; including the Panel's personal insight into the advantages of not only appointing, but also seeking opportunities to be appointed as a Tribunal Secretary which are relevant to the young arbitration practitioners and their professional development.

Who should attend?

This event is aimed at young arbitration practitioners of approximately 40 years or under: counsel, arbitrators, corporate counsel or academics.  The ICC YAF Conference is an ideal forum for young practitioners to exchange thoughts on international arbitration and to enrich their network in the region
