The ICC Young Arbitrators Forum is being organized at the occasion of the VII Congreso Internacional de Arbitraje, Abastecimiento y Construcción by the Asociación Zambrano scheduled to take place in Cusco on 19-21 March.

The debate will focus on analyzing the standards applied by Arbitration Centres to solve challenges to arbitrators. From a critical point of view, we will discuss if there is a need for more transparency and predictability. The panelists will share their experiences on deciding whether or not to challenge an arbitrator.
