ICC YAF: The Arbitration Agreement - Certificate program session 1/6

Join us for this one-day conference to discuss matters relating to the arbitration agreement.

This seminar constitutes the first part of the certificate program organized by ICC YAF in Turkey.

Who should attend?

All young arbitration and ADR practitioners 40 years and under, regardless of their professional background are welcome.

Objective

On this first day of the certificate program organized by ICC YAF Turkey, our speakers will focus on fundamental matters relating to the arbitration agreement.

In the first part, our speakers will cover fundamental principles and elements governing the arbitration agreement and the formal and substantive validity of the arbitration agreement.

In the second part, our speakers will cover the effect of an arbitration agreement and arbitration objection, extension of an arbitration agreement to third parties and leads to drafting a valid and effective arbitration agreement with examples from practice.

This seminar is the first session of the certificate program that will consist of six sessions. A certificate of participation will be provided to those attending all six sessions.
