ICC YAF: Successful Enforcement of Claims in Arbitration with European Parties

This event is co-hosted with the Jones Day Taipei office. The speakers include a Jones Day partner in Frankfurt who has a lot of experience representing clients in European arbitrations and an ICC counsel. This event aims to provide Taiwan companies with insights in arbitration with European counter parties. This is a hybrid event. The audience may attend in person at the grand conference room of the Jones Day Taipei office or join online.

The event is targeted to general counsel and senior officers of Taiwan listing companies, especially semi-conductor and bio industries. The speakers will:

  •  explain the advantages of arbitration in commercial and corporate transactions;
  •  provide insights into key features of the process and how to use them to their benefit;
  •  share insights on DOs and DON’Ts in arbitration in Europe.;
  •  give practical tips which can be essential to secure a positive outcome; and
