The use of IoT, AI, big data, and smart technology gives rise to complex and multi-jurisdictional IP and tech disputes. The trend for the resolution of such disputes expands dramatically towards arbitration.

The purpose of the webinar is to address:

  • The reasons for increasing use of arbitration in technology-related disputes,
  • Arbitrability of different types of technology-related disputes, and
  • Differences between mainstream commercial disputes and technology-related disputes.

In this session, experienced and distinguished panellists will guide the audience by taking different perspectives, such as the counsel’s perspective, the in-house counsel’s, and arbitrator’s.
