ICC YAF is organizing a webinar with the participation of international arbitration experts and counsel who will discuss practical aspects regarding estimation of damages in international arbitration.

Our panellists will share their insights and practical tips on i.a.:

(i) choosing the most appropriate methodology of damages estimation, in particular in case of decrease in enterprise value;

(ii) forecasting future cash flows in damages estimation & related pitfalls;

(iii) identifying sources of differences in experts’ evaluations; and
