In jurisdictions such as Indonesia, where stereotypes and traditions often get in the way of progress, a lot of interesting things happen around this issue, and women dispute resolution practitioners are facing peculiar situations.

Join Debby and Melati will share their experiences on the challenges they face, how to overcome them, how to be resilient and how to succeed. In this event, participants are encouraged to ask questions and voice their ideas and contribute to an interactive discussion with the speakers.
