Since within ICC YAF we love arbitration, we have decided to celebrate Valentine’s Day with a panel discussion on smooth cooperation between arbitration users.
Our speakers with diverse backgrounds, including in-house lawyers, external counsel, and the ICC Secretariat representatives, will debate the question of how to ensure smooth cooperation in international arbitration. They will share their insights on, among others, challenges in cooperation between in-house counsel and external lawyers, as well as offer advice on how to make such partnerships more efficient and rewarding. They will also share tips on productive case management and smooth communication with the ICC Secretariat.
Who should attend?
This webinar is aimed at young arbitration practitioners of approximately 40 years or under, yet anyone interested is welcome. This event will be held in English.
