For students and young lawyers who would like to get involved in the arbitration practice, it is important to acquire knowledge about the basic, but most important aspects of arbitration. This certificate programme on the ICC Arbitration Rules enables attendants to find out about the foremost subjects in international arbitration.

On this second day of the certificate program on the ICC Arbitration Rules, the commencement of the arbitration within the scope of the articles 4 to 6 of the ICC Arbitration Rules will be approached. In this regard, we will focus on the procedure and rules to be followed for preparation and submission of the request for arbitration, answer to the request, severability of the arbitration agreement, objections to the arbitration agreement and jurisdiction.
