ICC YAF: How to successfully conduct an ICC arbitration

Ever wondered what it takes to succeed in an ICC arbitration? This event is a unique opportunity to gather first-hand tips from arbitrators, counsel and members of the ICC International Court of Arbitration.

In arbitration, as in other fields of law, success depends on a number of variables. This event will deal with those that can be controlled. In particular, focussing on some characteristic aspects of ICC arbitration proceedings, the panel will provide practical advice on how to get the most out of your arbitration, whether you act as an arbitrator, counsel or expert.

The format of the event is hybrid. There will be a networking reception for in-person attendees.
