The audience will participate in an engaged discussion about the nuts and bolts of arbitration, international and domestic.

The audience will gain an understanding of the nuts and bolts of international arbitration, explaining how and why arbitration works. It provides the legal and regulatory framework for international arbitration, as well as practical strategies to follow and pitfalls to avoid.

The programme is for law students from STCLH and other law schools in the Houston area, as well as practitioners.
