The ICC YAF is organising a satellite event to coincide with the 2021 Baltic Arbitration Days.
The elephant in the room: The real cost of arbitration and how to manage it.
Our panellists will discuss the costs of arbitration with a particular focus on what they perceive to be the costs generating element of the dispute in the much more digital arbitration landscape and the technics on how to manage such costs. This subject will be tackled from different perspectives of funder, arbitrator, counsel, user, or institution.
This event is aimed at young arbitration practitioners of approximately 40 years or under, yet anyone interested is welcome. This event will be held in English.
This event is expected to take place in Riga as an onsite event. Due to the complex pandemic situation, the event might be turned into an online event. For this reason, at this stage, we kindly request for registration for onsite participation only. In case the event becomes an online event, a link to the webinar will be provided.
