In recent years, arbitration has increasingly become an important tool in international commercial, trade, and investment disputes in Asia Pacific. The alternative dispute resolution community in Thailand has seen wide interest and increasing demands in international arbitration. As such, educational initiatives for law students and young practitioners are more important than ever.
This event will focus on career milestones and provide practical tips in terms of strengthening advocacy and networking skills to enter the competitive international arbitration market and what one can expect from studying and working in international arbitration, be it as private and states attorneys, or academicians. The Panel which consists of industry experts in Thailand will also share their experience and ‘war stories’ navigating the arbitration market in Thailand and abroad!
Who should attend?
This event is aimed at young arbitration practitioners and students but is open to all counsel, arbitrators, in-house counsel, or academics interested in international arbitration and international dispute resolution.
