The ICC Young Arbitrators Forum (ICC YAF) team from Australia is organising a webinar on international arbitration in Australia.

The panel will comprise practitioners from both sides of the Nullabor, coming together to discuss the approach in their respective jurisdictions to various aspects of arbitration, such as:

  • Selection of Institutional Rules;
  • Selection of arbitrators;
  • Selection of experts;
  • Approach to evidence;
  • Approach to hearing; and
  • Pleading styles;

Who should attend?

This event is aimed at young arbitration practitioners and students but is open to all counsel, arbitrators, in-house counsel, or academics interested in international arbitration and international dispute resolution, especially in Australia.
