Objective/Who should attend?

The Latin American Chapter of the ICC Young Arbitrators Forum (ICC YAF) is organizing a roundtable to discuss the challenges involving conflicts of jurisdictions. Under the moderator’s guidance, the panellists will present their views on different aspects of the subject regarding conflicts between state and arbitral jurisdictions both under the Brazilian arbitral perspective and under the international arbitration practice. Later, the participants will have the opportunity to debate the subject with the panellists.

This ICC YAF Conference is organized on the occasion of the 9th ICC Brazilian Arbitration Day that will take place on 19 March 2020 in Sao Paulo.
