ICC YAF - Arbitration in the era of digital transformation

22 Nov 2019

Thessaloniki English

ICC Young Arbitrators Forum (ICC YAF) is organizing a conference dedicated to commercial arbitration in the technological age.

Will technologies disrupt arbitration processes? How the relations between state courts and arbitration will be affected? The forum will cover discussion on various topics such as data protection in commercial arbitration, security and confidentiality, e-evidence, challenges of arbitrators, arbitrability of disputes, interim measures from state courts, setting aside and enforceability of arbitral awards.

The ICC YAF Conference is also an ideal forum for young practitioners to exchange thoughts on international arbitration and to enrich their network in the region. Participants will be able to share experience with both domestic and international speakers.

Who should attend?

This conference is aimed at young arbitration practitioners of approximately 40 years or under (yet, everyone interested in the subject is welcome): counsel, arbitrators, corporate counsel or academics. The ICC YAF Conference is an ideal forum for young practitioners to exchange thoughts on international arbitration and to enrich their network in the region.
