ICC YAF: Arbitration in Latin America from the perspective of in-house counsel

This ICC YAF Conference has the objective to show practical aspects of ICC arbitration proceedings in Latin America from the perspective of in-house counsel from different economic sectors, such as infrastructure, gas & oil, finance, logistics and telecommunications. It will be a dynamic programme whose protagonists are the users of ICC dispute resolution services, who will have a space to debate the myths, perceptions and realities of international arbitration from a pragmatic and regional point of view.

Who should attend?

This conference is aimed at young arbitration practitioners of approximately 40 years or under: counsel, arbitrators, corporate counsel or academics. The ICC YAF Conference is an ideal forum for young practitioners to exchange thoughts on international arbitration and to enrich their network in the region.
