27 Sep 2023

Almaty English
Start: 11.00 (UTC+6) || End: 15:00 (UTC+6)

ICC YAAF is delighted to organise for the first time in Kazakhstan an event on the eve of the Kazakhstan Legal Forum dedicated to “Willing Strategies in International Arbitration.”

Join us in for the first ICC YAAF in Almaty! This exciting event is comprised of two different panels: the first will explore the drafting of arbitration agreements, highlighting key considerations for effective dispute resolution clauses. The second panel will discuss the issue of abuse of procedure in arbitration and countermeasures to ensure fairness in arbitration proceedings. Q & A sessions will allow the particpants to ask questions and interact with a brilliant panel of experts. Do not miss this unique occasion!

Open to those aged 40 and under, YAAF provides opportunities for individuals to gain knowledge, develop their skills and understand ICC’s arbitral procedure and other dispute resolution services.
