Start: 15:00 (Hong Kong Time) | 09:00 (CEST) || End: 17:30 (Hong Kong Time) | 11:30 (CEST)

Join us for this two-and-a-half-hour event, in which experienced practitioners will share their insights in relation to construction disputes and other “Belt and Road” related investment disputes. Speakers will include transaction lawyers, arbitration lawyers, expert witnesses, and ICC counsel. In addition, speakers will also provide their tips on career development for young arbitration practitioners.

The event is targeted at Asia-based in-house counsel of companies with significant investments worldwide, in particular those involved in cross-border construction projects. Students and young arbitration practitioners who are interested in arbitration in the construction sector are also welcome to join the event.
