Join us for this session of the ICC YAAF Africa in-house counsel series, where experienced in-house counsel will share war stories on arbitration while providing the audience with their expectations, the challenges they face and some tips on dispute avoidance and dispute resolution.
Objective/Who should attend?
This is a must attend event for in-house counsel and also external counsel who want to know the peculiar needs and strategy in-house teams design to cope with the stress of helping their organizations navigate arbitration proceedings. This will also be a unique opportunity to learn more about the newly launched Guide of the ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR on Effective Conflict Management for businesses. The event will be highly interactive and create room for networking and bonding as the formal panel session will be followed by an open-mic session.
Being a Friday evening event, it will end with an informal cocktail at the beautiful sea-side promenade of Olaniwun Ajayi LP’s The Adunola offices overlooking the Banana Island coastline.
Open to those aged 40 and under, YAAF provides opportunities for individuals to gain knowledge, develop their skills and understand ICC’s arbitral procedure and other dispute resolution services.
