This is the first event of a 7-part series dedicated to covering the arbitral proceedings under the ICC Rules of Arbitration. In this session, we will examine the first three articles of the ICC Rules of Arbitration including an introduction of the ICC International Court of Arbitration. The panelists will also provide useful tips for drafting effective arbitration agreements.

It is suitable for law students, arbitration practitioners and in-house lawyers. All young arbitration and ADR practitioners aged 40 years and under, regardless of their professional background, are welcome.
