The global economy has witnessed major disruptions over the past two years due to a series of events including the COVID-19 pandemic and global conflict. The impact of these cumulative developments has been rising inflation as well as shortage and delay in materials supply, giving rise to complex supply chain disputes in various sectors. The purpose of this event is to address the role of arbitration in providing an efficient forum for resolving disputes arising out of supply chain disruptions with a focus on some of the key legal principles that are often invoked in those proceedings.
