ICC YAAF: Industry Series – Arbitration and Energy

ICC YAAF is organising a series of events on the disputes that arise in different industries in Latin America. This session will focus on the energy industry and the resolution of their disputes through arbitration and other dispute resolution methods.

In our first session of the series, we focused on the mining industry. While the second session regarded the construction industry, this third session will be concerned with the energy industry. Who should attend?

The event is intended for young practitioners and in-house counsel in energy companies, as well as state representatives.

Open to those aged 40 and under, YAAF provides opportunities for individuals to gain knowledge, develop their skills and understand ICC’s arbitral procedure and other dispute resolution services.
