ICC YAAF: Industry Series – Arbitration and Energy

31 May 2023

La Paz Spanish
Start: 15:00 (Bolivia Time) | 21:00 (CEST) End : 24:00 (CEST)

ICC YAAF is organising a series of events on the disputes that arise in different industries in Latin America. This session will focus on the energy industry and the resolution of their disputes through arbitration and other dispute resolution methods.

In our first session of the series, we focused on the mining industry. While the second session regarded the construction industry, this third session will be concerned with the energy industry. Limited spaces are still available in our second session on the construction industry in Buenos Aires, more information here.

Who should attend?

The event is intended for young practitioners and in-house counsel in energy companies, as well as state representatives.

Open to those aged 40 and under, YAAF provides opportunities for individuals to gain knowledge, develop their skills and understand ICC’s arbitral procedure and other dispute resolution services.

What is ICC YAAF?

At ICC, we believe that through training and mentorship, we can mould the next generation of leading international arbitration and ADR experts. Through the ICC Young Arbitration and ADR Forum (YAAF) network, we are able to better inform, connect and inspire young professionals with interests in dispute resolution and dispute avoidance.

Throughout the world, ICC YAAF organises a number of educational and social events that allow young professionals to discover best practices, discuss topical issues, network and create meaningful connections with experienced practitioners.
