Join us in Frankfurt for this exciting discussion around seminal decisions by set-aside and enforcements courts regarding corruption and illegality in investor-State arbitration!

The last years have witnessed multiple seminal decisions by set-aside and enforcement courts in the most important European arbitration jurisdiction regarding corruption and illegality in investor-State arbitrations. The event will involve practitioners summarising the recent developments in French, English and Swiss courts and an interactive discussion about further uncertainties and new frontiers. The event will take place during the Frankfurt Investment Moot 2023.

Open to those aged 40 and under, YAAF provides opportunities for individuals to gain knowledge, develop their skills and understand ICC’s arbitral procedure and other dispute resolution services.
