Last year, ICC YAAF organised a successful masterclass in London on effective networking and profile-building. This year, ICC YAAF continues to unpack this vital topic, discussing practical and time-tested tips on how to reap the benefits of our growing professional network.
Join our ICC YAAF event to learn about the practical steps and everyday habits that will help you generate more business for your law firm. Discover the best practices for making the most out of your growing network. Learn about boosting passive and active sales from the front-runners in one of the most competitive and dynamic legal markets.
Ania Farren, who is ranked by Who’s Who Legal among the Thought Leaders, who built her stellar career in well-known firms in Paris, Frankfurt, and London, will give a keynote speech about the importance of selling in today’s legal market.
Agnieszka Zarówna, Associate in White & Case’s International Arbitration group based in London, and Denis Parchajev, ICC YAAF Representative for Europe and Counsel, Motieka & Audzevicius, Vilnius, will moderate the discussion between:
- Saadia Bhatty, Partner, Gide Loyrette Nouel LLP;

- Brian Kotick, Partner, M.B. Kemp LLP; and
- Cameron Miles, barrister, 3 Verulam Buildings.
Who should attend?

Open to those aged 40 and under, YAAF provides opportunities for individuals to gain knowledge, develop their skills and understand ICC’s arbitral procedure and other dispute resolution services.
What is ICC YAAF?
At ICC, we believe that through training and mentorship, we can mould the next generation of leading international arbitration and ADR experts. Through the ICC Young Arbitration and ADR Forum (YAAF) network, we are able to better inform, connect and inspire young professionals with interests in dispute resolution and dispute avoidance.
Throughout the world, ICC YAAF organises a number of educational and social events that allow young professionals to discover best practices, discuss topical issues, network and create meaningful connections with experienced practitioners.
