ICC YAAF - Construction disputes in Southeastern Europe: how to avoid and resolve them

Join us for a unique ICC YAAF event in Athens on how to handle construction projects and disputes in Southeastern Europe!

During the event, reputable construction practitioners from the region will guide the audience through the lifecycle of a project, from the negotiations to the taking-over stage, with a focus on the tools available to prevent, avoid or resolve disputes that may arise along the way.

Open to those aged 40 and under, YAAF provides opportunities for individuals to gain knowledge, develop their skills and understand ICC’s arbitral procedure and other dispute resolution services.
