ICC YAAF: Arbitration and litigation in Armenia: Friends or foes

Join us in Yerevan for a jurisdictional and global comparative panel discussion on the interplay between arbitration and litigation.  

The ICC YAAF panel will be featured as part of Armenia Arbitration Day 2023 (ArbMenia) and cover the interactions between arbitration and local courts in Armenia, Georgia, and France with a broader global overview.

Open to those aged 40 and under, YAAF provides opportunities for individuals to gain knowledge, develop their skills and understand ICC’s arbitral procedure and other dispute resolution services.
