This joint ICC YAAF & AIA-Arbit-40 event is a unique opportunity to engage with a cast of stellar speakers on the newest procedural innovations in international arbitration. 

Taking place in the context of the second Italian Arbitration Day, the event will feature a keynote address from Ms Yasmin Mohammad, Director at Fortress Investment Group, and a panel of authoritative members of the international arbitration community, who will discuss recent procedural innovations from a practical standpoint.  The event will close with a networking cocktail.

At ICC, we believe that through training and mentorship, we can mould the next generation of leading international arbitration and ADR experts. Through the Young Arbitration and ADR Forum (YAAF) network, we are able to better inform, connect and inspire young professionals with interests in dispute resolution and dispute avoidance. Open to those aged 40 and under, YAAF provides opportunities for individuals to gain knowledge, develop their skills and understand ICC’s arbitral procedure and other dispute resolution services. Held throughout the world, those opportunities include a number of educational and social events that allow young professionals to discover best practices, discuss topical issues, network and create meaningful connections with experienced practitioners.
