In the frame of the 2nd Tel Aviv Arbitration Day, the ICC seminar will line up distinguished speakers to provide insights on trends observed in international arbitration today and the ICC International Arbitration Court practices and measures applied to enhance the efficiency of the arbitral proceedings.

At the second session, a roundtable will examine approaches parties and arbitral tribunals can take to allegations or signs of corruption in international disputes and will assess the current state of jurisprudence to chart a path forward.
