COVID-19, as we know has disrupted businesses around the world. Consequently, it has also impacted on how businesses and other stakeholders formulate their dispute resolution strategies. The impact of the virus has created confusion and obfuscated the business environment. Additionally, businesses continue to grapple with the changing regulatory regimes prescribed by authorities to fight the virus. The environment continues to remain volatile as it is difficult to predict the spread of the virus, its resurgence, and supervision in the absence of any credible vaccine.

ICC Australia welcomes the arbitral community to join them for an interactive webinar to discuss the workings and functions of the ICC during these uncertain times. The webinar will include an update of the ICC activities and statistics, overview of the work of ICC Australian nominations committee, an update on the recent work of the ICC Commission, and revision of the ICC Rules of Arbitration.

This event is for all in-house counsel, legal practitioners, arbitrators and academics interested in the field of dispute resolution, and open to business people who wish to learn more about arbitration as an option for Dispute Resolution.
