Emergency proceedings and interim: measures in international arbitration

During this panel discussion, eminent speakers will discuss the topical issue of interim measures and emergency proceedings in international arbitrations seated in UAE. This is an opportunity to rethink the question of interim measures in light of the provisions of the new UAE federal arbitration Law (Federal Law No 6 of 2018). On this occasion, the recently released ICC Report on Emergency Arbitrator Proceedings will be presented by an ICC representative.
