Join us for the fifth edition of this roundtable discussion organised in collaboration with the ICC Center of Entrepreneurship. The event aims at gathering experts from public and private sectors and learn more about the concerns and needs of the business community on the African continent.

As part of the Nairobi Arbitration Week (NAW), this new episode of the ICC DRS Africa Business Talks will focus on the East Africa banking sector and its key role in financing the development of businesses in the region in the wake of the Africa Continental Free Trade Area. This roundtable discussion, with economic, legal and business experts, seeks to examine the strategic importance of supply chain financing tools and spotlight the ICC tools and best practices that can be implemented in order to boost intra-African trade.

The event will be followed by the ICC Kenya Court Centenary Cocktail to celebrate the 100-year anniversary of the ICC International Court of Arbitration.

ICC DRS is a proud partner of the first Nairobi Arbitration Week (NAW) which will take place from 18 to 22 September 2023 in Nairobi, Kenya. The theme of NAW 2023 is “Gearing up for Changing Times: Exploring Perspectives for Arbitration.”
