This event provides the opportunity to hear directly from Claudia Salomon, the first woman President of the ICC International Court of Arbitration, and panel members of the ICC Court, KOCIA and in-house counsel, about wider choices for resolving various disputes through ICC Dispute Resolution Services (“DRS”). This event will explain how the ICC DRS are not limited to high stake and large size arbitrations, as usually perceived by the Korean businesses, but actually can provide customized dispute resolution services for disputes of all shapes, sizes and circumstances.
