The ICC Arbitration Series: Tools for In-House Counsel is an online seminar series designed to equip participants with fundamental knowledge of and practical tools to navigate ICC arbitration and alternative dispute resolution mechanisms.

This interactive series will include four seminars that will be organised in alternate weeks over two months:

  1. ICC Arbitration: How it works;
  2. ADR: Which dispute resolution tool to choose;
  3. How to draft a dispute resolution clause; and
  4. How much arbitration costs.
Each seminar will last from 60 to 90 minutes.

Participants may choose to take part in the morning OR afternoon sessions.

Please note that registration is intended for the entire series (four seminars).


Who should attend?

This is an excellent opportunity for in-house counsel, practising lawyers, and business professionals to gain a deeper understanding of the ICC arbitration and alternative dispute resolution processes, as well as to ask their questions to our speakers and experts.
