ICC Arbitration in Africa

The objective of this conference is to promote arbitration in Africa based from the example of the ICC system. It brings out the activities of the ICC Arbitration Centre as well as the activities of its International Arbitration Court on issues of the conduct of arbitral proceedings, particularly with regard to African disputes, on the one hand, and on the other hand, to discuss the new trends in both ICC and OHADA Arbitration systems.

Who should attend?

This conference is open to anyone interested by international arbitration including lawyers, public officials working in government legal departments or entities, state judicial officers, in house counsels, judges and academics.
