In this fourth webinar in the ICC Africa Commission Webinar Series, the panellists will discuss the ICC Rules on joinder and consolidation. In the course of the discussion panellists will highlight ICC experience with multiple parties and multiple contracts and outline the amendments to the ICC provisions on joinder on consolidation which will come into effect on 1 January 2021.
