Interactive workshop on the ICC Court and GIAC experiences at times of COVID.

Join us for this interactive workshop exploring the ICC Court and GIAC experience at times of COVID, dedicated to the new reality in arbitration caused by pandemic. This 90-minute digital event will take the form of a live debate followed by a questions and answers session.

The online event will be divided into three parts:

In the first part, the ICC and GIAC representatives will discuss the recent challenges the institutions have been facing during the pandemic and the practical solutions the centres came up with, including the case administration and virtual hearings.

The second part of the event will cover the users' experiences with regard to handling their case during the time of the pandemic (and challenges related to case preparation and virtual hearings).

The event will be concluded with Q&A, where the participants will be encouraged to post questions (via Zoom's chat function).
