2nd Belgrade ICC Construction and Arbitration Conference

This conference is organized by the ICC International Court of Arbitration with the support of ICC Serbia, law firms Karanović & Partners and Pinsent Masons, and the Serbian Arbitration Association. It gathers leading construction and arbitration practitioners with the aim to provide participants with an update of the latest trends and developments in construction industry and arbitration.

In the morning session internationally renowned engineers, construction lawyers arbitration practitioners and experts in the field will share their practical experience and knowledge on the issues of management of construction projects and all the problems, legal and practical steps leading to suspension and termination of construction contracts and most importantly practical tips on how to avoid such situations.
The afternoon session will gather renowned arbitration practitioners who will share some of their most recent experiences, updates, and developments in the arbitration field.
