ICC 2021 Rules of Arbitration – Regional Launch in Hungary, Croatia, Slovakia

Join us for a regional launch of the 2021 ICC Rules of Arbitration that have entered into force on 1 January 2021. The event is a part of a series of launch events held by the ICC following the Global Launch of the 2021 ICC Rules of Arbitration.

The International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) unveiled its revised Rules of Arbitration that entered into force on 1 January 2021. This launch event, co-organized by the Hungarian Arbitration Association and ICC Croatia will introduce the amendments to the ICC Rules.

The event will begin with the presentation of the main changes introduced in the 2021 ICC Rules of Arbitration and will be followed by a panel discussion with arbitration practitioners from Hungary, Croatia and Slovakia. Practitioners from the region will discuss these changes from their national legal practices perspectives.
