This event will present the pioneering positions taken by the ICC International Court of Arbitration in this ninth revision of its arbitration Rules, thus placing ICC at the forefront of change in international arbitration.

Who should attend?

Arbitration practitioners from Anglophone Africa are invited to attend this webinar.

Panellists will discuss in a first panel the increased powers given to the ICC International Court of Arbitration in the 2021 Rules of Arbitration, in order to ensure that the integrity of the proceedings is preserved at all times. The second panel will subsequently address the changes to the ICC Rules aimed at ensuring better efficiency and transparency.
