The International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce – Asia Office has been announced as the institution qualified for interim measure applications under the Arrangement between the Hong Kong SAR Government and the Supreme People's Court. With that, parties of ICC arbitration cases which are administered by the ICC Secretariat's Hong Kong office and seated in Hong Kong are entitled to apply for interim measures to local Chinese courts.
During the grand week of ICC Asia and Pacific Arbitration Conference, ICC International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce – Asia Office" is delighted to co-host this event with Hong Kong Department of Justice to invite legal practitioners from Hong Kong and the Mainland China to discuss the practical application of interim measures.
