ICC Workshop on International Arbitration

This ICC Workshop is especially designed for Government Officials and Representatives of State-owned companies and will take place in Tbilisi, Georgia on 9 October 2019, on the eve of the 2019 GIAC Arbitration Days.

This one-day workshop will include a presentation of general features of international arbitration and ICC arbitration and will focus on key questions such as managing time and costs and managing complex arbitration, unmeritorious claims and parallel proceedings. The training will also include a practical and interactive discussion on construction arbitration in Georgia and the region.

This workshop is exclusively open to Government Officials and Representatives of State-owned companies interested in dispute resolution and in international commercial arbitration.
