The 2019 edition of the ICC India Arbitration Day will bring together world class arbitration experts to give an overview of the most recent developments and hot topics in international arbitration.
Following up on the last edition in Delhi, this annual full day conference hosted by ICC India and the ICC International Court of Arbitration will feature an inaugural session, interactive panel discussions and an oxford style debate. Leading practitioners will discuss key issues in domestic and international arbitration, with a special attention being placed to Indian practice and experiences under the ICC Arbitration Rules.
The conference will also feature coffee, lunch and cocktail breaks, providing ample networking opportunities. Around 200 delegates attended the last edition in Delhi.
