ICC Canada's annual International Arbitration Conference gathers Canadian and others practising international arbitration around the world, in-house counsel, leading arbitrators and representatives from the ICC International Court of Arbitration to share practical insights on key issues in international arbitration. Under the theme of this year's conference: "Re-energizing in the Mountains" speakers will engage the audience in discussions relating to emerging substantive issues in the oil and gas, and climate change/environment-related disputes as well as procedural matters regarding the user's experience and witness evidence.
