This ICC Arbitration Day will represent one of the most important events of the international arbitration community in Chile. National and international speakers will discuss the current challenges and trends of international arbitration.

This conference will be held in Spanish.

This first edition will include the participation of the President ICC International Court of Arbitration, Alexis Mourre, as well as Representatives of the ICC Court and its Secretariat.

The event will feature debates on topics such as the recent experiences of the ICC Court in arbitration proceedings involving Ibero-American parties; ICC Emergency Arbitrator and Expedite Procedure rules; the Prague Rules vs. IBA Rules; the use of third-party funders in arbitrations; arbitrators' liabilities, among others.

The ICC Chilean Arbitration Day will constitute an excellent networking opportunity with experts and members of the international arbitration community.

Practicing lawyers, corporate counsels, in-house counsels, arbitrators and other dispute resolution services practitioners, academics and professionals involved and/or interested in obtaining further knowledge and keep up to date with domestic and international arbitration in the Latin America.
