Moscow English
The event is free, however prior registration is required.

Please join us for this satellite event to the XI ABA Conference of the Resolution of CIS-Related Business Disputes co-organized by ICC YAF, ICDR Y&I and RAA40. We will discuss how written advocacy is an essential ingredient of a successful case.

We will discuss what “best practices in written pleadings” means in today’s world and develop some guidance on how to improve written presentation. We will examine how to find a balance between efficiency, reduction of costs, counsel fees and high standards in client’s representation. We will look at cultural differences and how they may affect written pleadings. Young and experienced arbitration practitioners are welcome to attend this event.

Who should attend?

This conference is aimed at young arbitration practitioners of approximately 40 years or under: counsel, arbitrators, corporate counsel or academics. The ICC YAF Conference is an ideal forum for young practitioners to exchange thoughts on international arbitration and to enrich their network in the region.
