The ICC Young Arbitrators Forum (ICC YAF) is organizing a conference on arbitrability of public procurement and corporate law. This ICC YAF conference will be held at the occasion of the IX Central American and Caribbean Convention of Arbitration Centers.

The ICC Young Arbitrators Forum of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC YAF) is organizing a conference that will focus on the progress and challenges in arbitration in public procurement and arbitration in corporate law. It will also include discussions of the most recent precedents in order to give participants a practical look.

The ICC YAF conference is organized at the occasion of the IX Central American and Caribbean Convention of Arbitration Centers that will take place on 26 and 27 September 2019 in Tegucigalpa, Honduras.

Who should attend?

Practicing lawyers, corporate counsels, in-house counsels, arbitrators and other dispute resolution services practitioners, academics and professionals involved and/or interested in obtaining further knowledge and keep up to date with domestic and international arbitration in the Latin America.
